Paul and I are rolling out our new guitar instruction manual for students and teachers to work with this year. Guitar Essentials is on sale now and will be an integral part of our foundation for guitar students. 2 1/2 years in the making - we couldn't be happier to see it completed - and we're proud to offer it to beginner and intermediate level students.
Rockshop Band camps are underway...and making great progress. Way to go students! Daniel Martins and I are lovin' the rehearsals and the process :-)

“Unlock Your Musical Treasure Chest”
We are here teaching music because it’s so fun to play! FUN is a must if you want to learn to play music! It’s also a big key to getting inside your musical treasure chest. As a student, you are encouraged to question, ask direction and to strive to gain the skills of a musician.
We commit to you our knowledge and enthusiastic passion for all of your musical interests and make sure to have FUN every step of the way!
We use contemporary music and instruments to teach the fundamentals of music and give you every opportunity to find ways to share this learning with family and friends.
At least twice a year we have a concert to give students the opportunity to perform for friends and family. This is voluntary for students so only those who are comfortable with the concept are up on the stage.
This option to perform is a great way to unlock your talent and can be a strong motivator to dig a little deeper into the musical treasure chest – that place in your heart where music really comes from!
